ScaleAmi's journey

20 Years of Technical Expertise

I am an engineer with over 20 years of experience in embedded products such as phones, decoders, and internet boxes, including 5 years in Silicon Valley. This experience allowed me to build deep expertise in research and development.

MBA and First Entrepreneurial Ventures

After two decades, I returned to school for an Executive MBA in Leadership and Innovation while co-founding my first startup. This project taught me how to apply strategies and marketing techniques specific to the world of innovation. We had to reposition the company after realizing the initial market didn’t exist, which ultimately led to our first growth phase.

Supporting startups and the Frankenstein methodology

Wanting to see if this success could be repeated, I worked at a research institute supporting technology startups. During this time, I developed what I call my “Frankenstein Methodology,” which blends approaches like Lean Startup and Effectuation, tailored to the specific needs of each project phase.

A shift to the food sector

I then launched a startup in the food industry, applying my methodology to identify a market, develop the product, and initiate sales. However, after analyzing the financials, I chose to halt the project because further investments were needed that I couldn’t make at the time.

Start with the customer – find out what they want and give it to them

Transition to strategic consulting and the launch of ScaleAmi

Following this experience, three companies from different industries approached me for strategic consulting. This led me to create my own consulting firm, specializing in Deep Tech, High Tech, and industrial companies. My role is to help these businesses grow or reposition themselves by leveraging their technological assets.

Today, I strive to work with individuals who share my values, helping them develop their projects and achieve success. My goal is to enhance the performance of technologically innovative companies while partnering with trusted collaborators.
